Outline: Project based learning within the Music Classroom
Pilot Group
Pilot group will include 5th grade Melodeon members (select choir) who meet 1-2 times per week for 40 minutes. Times outside of the classroom time will be setup in order to give students more collaboration time, as well as time to get feedback and record without interruptions.
Technology
The use of technology will include, but not be limited to, chromebooks, iPads, iPhones, and microphones with an audio interface. Some of the programs that can possibly be used may include GarageBand, Audacity, Noteflight, MuseScore, Chrome Music Lab, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, and WeVideo. Other programs and technology may be used as well, if needed.
