The 4 Disciplines of Execution

The 4DX model is an implementation model for change within an organization.  It provides simple steps in order to help an organization reach its goals.  Below you will find those four disciplines, the five stages of change and my 4DX implementation plan.

The Influencer vs. 4DX

The Influencer model and the 4DX model have different structures.  They both, however, work well together.  The Influencer model focuses on paying close attention to behaviors.  4DX keeps it simple with a more direct approach to focus on one or two goals at a time in order to promote success.  Having too many goals at once can lead to goals being lost in the shuffle.  By using tools from both the Infuencer and 4DX models, I will have the ability to hold teachers accountable while promoting peer motivation and change in the whirlwind.  These models help provide guidelines for transition and resistance in order to increase your chances of success when implementing change within your organization.
